Delamine is a joint venture between Akzo Nobel Chemicals, based in The Netherlands and Tosoh Corporation Japan. This joint operation produces ethylene amines at its own production site in Delfzijl in the north of The Netherlands. Founded in 1976, Delamine started producing at this plant in 1978. Since 1997 Delamine operates through a controlled blending station, which means efficient use of resources and output on demand.
Delamine is as an independent company. Our export reaches over 50 countries worldwide with well over 100 million euro net sales a year. We work with an experienced staff of 70 people in the areas of sales, marketing, logistics and production. We focus on ethylene amines and we are not active in its downstream markets.
